We've always had an excellent experience with Heinen's. Once again came through when our air conditioner quit. They were out the same day we made the phone call and replaced our blower motor at a reasonable price. Thanks again Dave and Diana Andrus.

We have always been treated with respect and courtesy. From the receptionist to Jerry who answers the phone periodically. And their service technician Connor, David and others have been great. I would recommend their service.

Friendly, on time and very reasonable rates. Had a water softener replaced and LOVE the difference it has made in laundry and showers. Very pleased with Heinen Plumbing Heating Cooling! Just had check up done on Central Air system and fast and easy.

Spent over 16k on a new ground source heat system in June. Once installed, they were supposed to return to finish securing the pipes, etc. This never happened. OK. So we were willing to overlook that one, but - The first time it got really cold the furnace quit. Called and was abruptly told they were busy and we would be added to the list and to use auxiliary heat or the woodstove. We followed up with the office about 5 days later and expressed our irritation at the rudeness and total lack of contact to let us know where we stood. It has been over a week now and still not so much as a courtesy call to let us know when they might be out or where we are on the list. This is unacceptable customer service, or should I say nonexistent. Once it warmed up again the furnace started working again.
