Had no water pressure and water softener didn’t work. Tim came evaluated the situation and he had it fixed. Great service, They cleaned everything up.

Always good service in the past. Had tank pumped promptly and they told me the septic cover was cracked and needed to be replaced. Called three times to get a replacement and each time told me they would call back. Never got a call. Stopped in and inquired about replacing the cover. Said they would do it the following week. 1 1/2 weeks later and still not done. Called again today and they said they would call me back. No call!!!! Will take my business elsewhere in the future.

Customer service is horrible. They arnt the greatest at follow-through and getting back to you. If you need Carrier service you are stuck with using them. The service guys are good guys and great to deal with but if they don't fix your furnace they charge you $200 every time they come out and they charge for two people being there even if they stand there and watch, which is pathetic.

Called for hot water issues with tankless water heater. Heinzen called back to help solve the problems and advised me how to keep maintaining water heater, Will use compay in future.

They don't deserve a ¼ of a star. I called 4 times in the matter of two weeks to get my septic pumped. Always the same answer, " we will be there this week". They never showed up to pump out my septic. I called Pecha from Antigo. Showed up less than 24 hours later and $40 cheaper
