Price was fair too, especially after seeming and feeling the results. Not only did the color pop, but the fibers soften greatly too. I bought this rug used and it had pet stains and smells. Wow, what a difference knowledge and care makes. My area rugs were conveniently picked up at my house and brought back clean and free of stains. There were several pet stains on the rugs and this cleaning was thorough to get the smell and spots removed.
