Heister House Cabinetry

We had an excellent experience with Heister House Cabinetry. Amanda was great to work with! She helped make our vision a reality by offering advice and having lots of patience with us! The workmanship on the cabinets is incredible and they were able to match into our existing cabinets perfectly. Overall the entire experience was great!

Buyer beware! This company does offer a warranty on their cabinetry. I can understand why they don’t because their products are garbage. I replaced 20 year old cabinets that looked better after 20 years than these do after two years. The cabinets are peeling and I am forced to hire someone else to do what should’ve been done the right way from Heister house when they put in the cabinets! The Arrogance of the top people who wash their hands of their shotty products is unacceptable in business!

Called about our cabinets and it took Gary weeks before he called us back .. we told him the paint on the cabinets are peeling and shows signs of imperfections. We only have had these cabinets for 2 1/2 years.. after discussing this with Gary he said he would have someone come look at them.. A week later we didn’t hear anything, so we called Gary again and at that time he disclosed that they only offer a one year warranty (one year warranty in custom cabinets). That want on our contract!!! Why didn’t Gary tell us that when we talked to him on the phone !! Actually why didn’t Gary disclose that when we purchased the cabinets that cost over 25,000.00!!! Do yourself a favor and go to a box store the cabinets will cost less and they will at least disclose their warranty and hopefully they w
