Helms Air put in a new HVAC system and I am extremely happy with their service. The installation was fast and well done. The price can't be beaten! They are quick to respond and get someone out. Mr. Helms is a truly good man. After many bad experiences with greedy, dishonest contractors, it is a relief to find a kind, honest, trustworthy person who actually cares and treats people right. We bought our unit years ago from helms, and have been having issues with it. After being serviced 2 twice within 1 year from each other, we called in a different company. When my unit was looked up, was never registered for its warranty, and had bad coils. Same exact issue that happened to the person who originally recommended me to this company. Bad coils and unit never registered. And after being serviced last month with Helms, new company still had to clean out my unit. Will never recommend them again!
