Andre was amazing. He responded immediately to my call on Saturday morning and was at my house on time as he indicated he would be. He assessed the problem and did the repair. I would definitely recommend Help Appliance Repair.

Andre is the best appliance guy! He is super knowledgeable, comes prepared, He fixed my ice maker right away and even had the product on his truck. Don’t have to wait weeks! Got it fixed right away. My icemaker stopped working on my old frig so I called this company and explained my situation. The owner came over within an hour and checked the circuits and verified the problem was indeed the icemaker. Looked up the part number and within two days returned and replaced it. Took a little longer to get the part due to the age of the refrigerator. Had ice within four hours. Fast response and pleasant experience. Will call him again with any appliance issue.

If I could give no stars I would. My front load washer was leaking and did not provide diagnostics codes. I wrote check list and asked for 2 people to come as this was stacked. One person came, blew off the check list I wanted him to go through. He looked at the house and mumbled buy a new house. Ran the diagnostics, came up with no diagnnostics code, was not concerned with the leak. Left and was going to charge $169, but lowered to $135. Stay far away from this company. I'd like my money back. update: I called the manufacturer of my washing machine, who sent reliable repair technicians to resolve the leaking issue, which was from the seal and door of the Electrolux front load washer - not from other appliances.
