Patrick was great. We needed a piano that was given to us moved same day or we would have lost it. No other companies would even consider it. Called Helpful Movers up that morning they delivered it that afternoon. Very professional and friendly. Thank you. I would definitely recommend them

Experienced severe theft. Broken furniture & appliances. Friendly laborers. 🙂 Unorganized & irresponsible. Complaints rudely ignored by management. Sadly disappointed by untrustworthiness. Unprofessional & appeared ghetto. Doesn't seem legitimate nor insured. Poor customer service. Felt disrespected, violated & traumatized.

My family and I had a very positive experience with Helpful Movers. I dealt mainly with Stephanie before the move. She explained their policies throughout and checked in regularly. The move took two days, and the movers were just as friendly and helpful (haha) as could be. Ronnie, PJ, and Scott were their names. Good people. Prices were reasonable, and they easily accommodated a couple of late game requests. I recommend them without reservation.

We sold our house and were scheduled to move to our new place on what ended up being the same day Hurricane Dorian was to come to our area. The original moving company that we had spoken with were unsure if they would be able to move us due to the anticipated hurricaine, which is completely understandable. Helpful Movers were recommended to my husband by a friend. We contacted them and without hesitation they agreed to help us. The morning of our move 2 gentlemen arrived, they worked in a very organized and timely manner in getting our items packed and unpacked.
