But wait there is more. The education they provided me was priceless. Do not get taken advantage of by the insurance company. Now let’s talk about the work which was completed as scheduled in a quality manner with an attention to detail. The add ons I chose were affordable and completed on schedule and without high pressure salesmanship. Helping Hands Roofing were truly the helping hands I needed when I needed them the most. They did an excellent job on my roof - both dealing with insurance and with getting a quality roof installed (and fast once insurance finally approved (storm damage)). I'm impressed with (1) how quickly/thoroughly they stayed in touch each step of the way, (2) the level of effort they put into dealing with insurance (being there for the initial insurance inspection, getting another shingle out for insurance when it seemed that insurance lost the one they took to attempt to identify the shingles, etc.), (3) how quickly they came out during the waiting-for-insurance-to-get-back-on-shingle-identification to tarp, (4) how they stand behind their work (materials used and the install), and (5) how quickly they had the whole roof on the schedule and completed. Aub and his team did a great job with our new roof install. He made sure we were set for the winter and then installed as soon as possible in the spring for best results. Helping Hands also worked directly with our insurance, which was a huge help!
