This is a great hometown hardware store that practically anything you're looking for! They carry items that no one else has or are hard to find. Love this place!

Drop off a screen door to get frame worked on 3 weeks later I haven’t received my screen door and still not been started on it. There is no communication from staff and when i called they were upset that i followed up on it. I was told that they will get to it when they can and if I didn’t like to go pick up the screen and take it somewhere else very unprofessional from them.

Employees and staff are very kind and helpful I prefer going there instead of the big box stores it's more family-oriented very competitive prices also.

Extremely helpful and friendly. I had to re-screen a front screen door. It is an older wooden door with a unique inset for the screen. I took it to another place who said they could not do it. Shane at True Value did a great job and was very fair with the price. I am grateful.
