They are great for yearly testing. Buyer beware when they send you a quote for repairs. Their quote to repair my backflow was $395. I bought the parts from the manufacturer of my backflow for $56. For a guy who has never done it before it took me 30 minutes to figure it out. For a guy who does this and knows what he is doing could probably do it in 15 minutes. That being said that's $339 for 30 minutes of labor. Mine was a cap you remove. Under the cap you replace a rubber o-ring, spring, poppet and seat. There was 2 of them. Retested and it passed with perfect numbers.

I highly recommend Hempel Backflow Company. I had a major water leak. Bryan and LaVon responded. Together they diagnosed the problem quickly, got to work on it and fixed it. These two went above and beyond to correct and restore with great consideration. I am so grateful. I have ultimate trust in this company.

Completely unimpressed with a plumber who comes and looks at a job and says "It's copper, we don't do copper". In reply to their claim of a miscommunication: quoting from their website, "We install backflow assemblies and replace them if needed.", my backflow needs replacement; these were threaded connections.

They do a good job every year. They send me a reminder that the test month is here again. I reply with a acceptance of there service and I receive a result of the test on my front door. Doesn't get any easier then that.

I needed my Back Flow Valve checked out after it failed it’s annual inspection. Great experience start to finish, quick service, excellent communication, and very reasonable rates. Got my Back Flow Valve fixed and certified for the city, no problem. Highly recommend these guys!
