The initial promise of a beautiful pool was replaced by a constant stream of excuses. The project was delayed bIf I could give zero stars, I would. Our experience with them was an unmitigated disaster from start to finish. What began as an exciting project quickly devolved into a year-long saga of missed indeadlines, shoddy workmanship, and infuriating communication breakdowns.

We had a pool installed by Hendricks earlier this summer. The pool is beautiful but the customer service experience has been very poor. Since the agreement of pool installation, we haven't been able to get Tom Hendricks on the phone one time for any issue. At one point, when he finally responded to an email after many attempts to contact him, he said that he would come out and give us an orientation on the pool but we again never heard back from him. Somebody from the company also said that they could do the regular cleanings, but then we heard later (indirectly) that this wasn't a possibility so had to scramble to find somebody. We now have issues with the pool/hot tub, just a couple of months after it was installed, in that the hot tub is delivering cool water through the jets. We

I have been a client of Hendricks Pools for over 30 years. They have been wonderful ! They installed my pool over 30 years ago and have maintained it. It is in perfect condition. They are a family business. I started with their Dad and now their children are running the business. Peter is excellent and really knows his stuff.

Hendricks installed our gunnite pool in early 2019 and have provided winterizing and summerizing services ever since. Since the pool is so new, we've only needed minor repairs related to the autofill plumbing and a bad bleed valve. Their services have all been done very promptly, professionally, and at the times and dates promised. They have been very good at alerting us to any schedule changes (which have been due to weather issues). We love the pool. They provided very valuable advice to us when designing and installing the pool (much more valuable than our landscaper who was the prime contractor). They really know what they're doing. Hendrick’s installed our pool in 1984. It was repaired and replastered 18 years later satisfactorily. Needed to be redone and repaired in 2018. Called to have them do the work once again. Multiple attempts to involve them ended with one visit by them when we were not here with no communication from them in spite of multiple attempts by us. Very poor customer service currently when a problem exists.
