Hendrickson Mechanical Services Inc

Hendrickson has been taking care of our business for 6 years and they are always so friendly and try to keep us up and running comfortably. Great job guys!

So far not impressed. They came to our office suite two weeks ago to adjust some of the individual room temps and did fix the problem, however, since then our AC has gone out twice (never went out before). Today was the second time (95 degrees outside) and I called them at 9:00am, left a VM for service, and again at 3:30pm. No call back either time. I just called (5:30pm) - the office was closed and service voicemail was full. I hope this is not their standard customer service and I get to edit this posting tomorrow when/if they call back and get our unit fixed. Stay tuned... I did not get a call back. After my call to them I and in lieu of an apology I get "this is a busy time of year". I'll find someone else. Hopefully this is not the norm for this company.
