After not getting called back from several companies. Companies not showing up for an appointment. I called Hendry Service before 8 am. I got an immediate return call. He said that it would be later in the afternoon but someone would be there. Well I got another call can I come on now and see what we got. He was at my house about 11am. By noon we had a plan to fix our electrical problem. The communication for each step was wonderful.

I called Hendry services to repair my backup generator at my poultry farm. David came out immediately and fixed part of the problem, but found several other issues that prevented my generator from transferring. I asked him to come back and make the other repairs ASAP and he stated he would. Within a couple days I already received a large bill for this partial repair. I asked him multiple other times (sometimes with no response) to come back and complete the repairs. He kept telling me he had to order parts…but the parts never came. He made 3 trips to my farm and never did fix the issue. But they were quick to send bills that total nearly $1000.00. So now back to square one with a malfunctioning generator. Very rude on the phone....Services reflected on website are not what they do

He put 110 208 service in for me him and his sons did a very good job I would recommend him to anybody he got stuck in an emergency and call me when he didn't show up good people

I definitely recommend Hendry Services. I called for information on a generator for my Moms home and Chad explained the whole process from start to finish. He was professional, punctual and very helpful. In less than 48 hours my Moms generator was up and running. If ever we need anything in the future I will not hesitate to call them. Thank You!
