We used William recently for our home inspection and I couldn’t have more good things to say about him. He was very thorough with his inspection and explained everything to us patiently. He even took the time to call on a Saturday evening to talk me through our options after our inspection report came out. This was the second home inspection we have done but after seeing the difference with William I wouldn’t use anyone else.

I had an excellent experience with William Henrie. He was extremely accommodating and helped coordinate multiple inspections and over a holiday weekend. He did an amazing job inspecting the home, leaving no stone unturned and explained everything along the way. He found many critical issues and even after the inspection he took the time to have follow up conversations and he provided invaluable recommendations and feedback. His findings put me in a much position. Highly recommended.

I wish I didn't have to leave this review, but I did not have a good experience with his services. After moving into my home in July, there were multiple issues uncovered - from electrical to roofing - all of which were not found in the inspection. Contractors who came to my home questioned if I even had an inspection done because these issues were apparent to them. This was my first home and it was a very disheartening experience to have so many things missed that would have affected my decision to purchase the home.

In today's day and age your often working with a big business. The owner of the company made contact with me and was willing to accommodate me so that I could get my home inspection done and promised a report within 48 hours. Normally when it comes to appointment time generally you're given an arrival time of between 9 a.m. to noon for example and they show up between that time....but not Henrie Home Inspection. He was at my home 9 a.m. sharp as scheduled... The inspection lasted 4 hours he was very knowledgeable and right away I had confidence in his judgment on the assessment of my future home.
