Henry's Key & Lock Service

Needed replacement key fob for my car. Dealer quoted me $400 for the fob and programming. Got a new fob on Amazon for about $20, and Henry's took care of the rest. Programming the fob and cutting the key came to $117. Every other place i called wanted significantly more to do this work. Also the service was very friendly and I was in and out in about 8 minutes. Highly recommend.

DON'T PAY THE DEALER FOR KEY FOB! I was quoted over $1100 for my Hyundai key fob and programming at the dealer. I spoke with Henry's key and they were extremely knowledgeable and kind on the phone. I was able to schedule an appointment around my work and their location is very convenient. Programming and cutting the weird key cost me around $120, and while the fob was a little more expensive than the best ebay/amazon price, buying from them guarantees that it'll work the first time, no issues. So much cheaper than the dealer and even other locksmiths. Save our local artisans, you will never get this service or expertise from "on-line" or those walmart kiosks that usually cost more from the start anyway.

Excellent service. We have a very complicated lock on our front door from the 1950s. Henry Lock and key figured everything out and fixed our problem same day and without issue! Highly recommend their services!

We love Henry's. A few years ago I had an antique furniture business and got all of my skeleton keys done here. I've also exclusively used them for replica house keys, and today we had our 90 year old front door lock serviced. It stopped working all together after years of aslow decline. This is a family business, and as a girl who used to work for her father, I love that. Its so special. Their daughters are so friendly and wonderful. They all are. They somehow fit us into their already booked and busy schedule and we appreciated that so much. They showed up, on time in just a few days for a house call. it was actually about $30 or more cheaper then I assumed it would be to fix the issue. Fantastic service! I brought a Porsche key to be copied. Since the key was worn, they recommended I bring the car in to get a clean cut. The car sits in the garage for the winter. We were doing some repairs and upgrades and I decided to pull the ignition and bring it in to get a good cut. About a day later they called and said it was done. There's a lot of conversation I left out due to a lengthy review....but the keys are perfect and the ignition switch looks like new. Smooth as butter. I'm not sure about the other reviews that have nothing to do with the service of this small American business. But my experience was great. If you don't like the service, go elsewhere.
