Service tech Jacob Newman was great! Very customer service oriented, and very polite. He went through and explained to me about how this thermostat works because I was getting error message on it, but wasn’t doing the right thing so anyway, he took care of that and he was just super friendly and polite!

Tristen and Nathan did a tremendous job installing our entire HVAC system. They worked hard all day, stayed professional, and delivered top-notch results. Highly recommend these guys for any HVAC needs!

Doug Hurst was our HVAC service rep and he did a fantastic job! He arrived very quickly, displayed a thorough knowledge of the unit and was very personable. Additionally, he shared a variety of options for fixes and helped us identify which were urgent and which could wait a longer if we desired. He was awesome!

Everything is closed for weather when I walk into my bathroom and feel a drop of water hit my head. Just got my roof less than a year ago & I’ve had HEP come out a few times. I just knew that this was going to be another thing I couldn’t afford to fix OR it was related to my new vent or roof & nobody was going to be able to make it today. When I called, the lady said no one was available. Then to my surprise I get a call back saying someone was going to be able to swing by today, and that wonderful person was JOSHUA. It may be the first time someone actually called with a reasonable ETA & actually showed up within that window. He was FRIENDLY & PROFESSIONAL.
