Hercules Foundation Repair & Remodeling

I just got off the phone with Hercules Foundation repairs and received the worse customer service from the female who answered the phone. I asked for a quote and she accused me of only wanting a quote and no actual repairs. I said I did need repairs and asked for an appointment. The appointment date she offered did not work us, so I asked for a different date and she said no with an attitude of take it or leave it. So we decided to go elsewhere. This incompetent, unprofessional employee just cost Hercules good business.

Hercules did an amazing job on our foundation. We hired another company to do our foundation, but there was a scheduling conflict that left me scrambling to find a last minute replacement crew. Collin worked with me to get a crew out ASAP, and Diego and his guys did a fantastic job. The work was fast, professional, and when they were done they cleaned up and had the place looking better than it did when they got there. If you need foundation work, this is the team you need to hire.

When I needed it most... My house is 16 years old, out of warranty and the foundation started to crack. I called Allen at Hercules prior to the pandemic. He came out and measured, Found that the second story and garage were pulling away from the rest of the structure. Due to expense, I had to wait for repairs.
