Hercules HVAC

IF I COULD GIVE 0 STARS I WOULD. I have had a HORRIBLE experience. The roof where they ran the HVAC exhaust is leaking and you can see daylight right through the roof. Mike never pulled permits and after many conversations and attempts to have him do so he has just lied and told me he is doing it but never actually does it. Then mike the owner will just flat out ignore you and refuse to answer you. Whether it’s through the office phone or his cell phone. You will get no answer. I run my own business so I know how things are supposed to be done. This is the exact opposite of how a business should be run. 2 years, 50 calls, many emails and lots of lies later I still have leaking roof and I still don’t have any permits done with the township. So it’s come down to the township probably fining

During hot, busy times, these guys made it a point to fit me in. I felt like it was important to take care of the locals. I love that! Thank God it was a simple fix. Mike the owner was tied up. He sent a different Mike rather than let me suffer in the heat. Both are great guys. They will be my first call from here on out!

Mike from Hercules is the BEST HVAC company out there!!! I had an issue from an install another local company had "completed" in 2015 and I called Mike from Hercules and within 2 hours he was at my house fixing what the other incompetent company had not completed. I find it hard to believe the below comment about how horrible he is -- it usually is the homeowners responsibility to maintain the unit over the years which most likely caused the below commenters issue. I RECOMMEND MIKE OVER EVERYONE!!!

I had a broken a/c unit for 4 days which several technicians could not fix. It was during a recent heat wave with my young son at home. I contacted Mike and he was here within an hour after hours and had it fixed in 5 minutes. He and his employees are extremy respectful, professional, and are amazing at diagnosing issues

We’ve used many contractors over the past 25 years of owning my house. Mike at Hercules is by FAR the # 1 worst contractor we’ve ever used, in addition to him being a liar. Wish I could have given him ZERO or NEGATIVE stars.
