I stopped into Hercules for a couple of parts. Brandon at the front counter took very good care of me and sent me out the door with everything I needed at an unbeatable price. These folks are friendly, customer-service oriented, and eager to be helpful. I'd give them ten stars if I could.

OTR driver here. Their located right at the curve in the road, not a real truck friendly docking area but I've seen and been at worse. There is another building that shares same driveway entrance, I just pulled in, took the loop around in their lot sorta cluttered with obstacles, but doable, this will set you up for getting backed into their dock. No ovnp, but you can stage for a few minutes if no other trucks waiting. Their mainly by appointment, probably due to the limited space. Friendly dock employees.

8 am appointment they started earlier full load . Tight spot or could be busy after 6 am loading there trucks . Overnight parking is allowed I just parked in door 2 . Looks like coming after hours is better parking lot could get tight with customers. Friendly dock folks and they are very busy so it might take a minute but they do work on it very quickly.

As a multi family HVAC contractor a good supplier is everything. For years we have heard from friends in industry that Hercules was the best priced and great to deal with. For our upcoming apartment projects I compared prices between our current vendors and Hercules. Hercules saved us tens of thousands of dollars compared to our other vendors. We have dealt with Ryan Loomis over the last year and he is by far the best sales guy I have ever dealt with in the industry. He is responsive, knowledgeable, and truly cares about our business which helps our business succeed. I have had nothing but a positive experience and look forward to a long partnership with Hercules.

Spent thousands of dollars at this place then when something went wrong with the parts that they gave me would not answer their phone and kept me on hold still have not resolved the situation strongly recommend using another company such as air cold Ferguson sigler
