My family had used this company for over a decade, but the last house we had worked on, which so happens to be where I live, I’ve never experienced such unprofessionalism. I had random crews show up to my house without someone to over see what was taking place, my wife at the time was berated with insults in Spanish, I speak it fluently. There was nobody overseeing the project. I spent over 40k for the job I asked for and have now spend 30k fixing the issues they made. If they make a mistake you will not be able to reach them, and they hope you just give up after time. Please use anyone else.

Don, Project Manager, did an excellent job getting my new roof and all the extra needed repairs. It went very smooth and so quickly. The crews did a great job and the clean up was awesome. Thank you Don and your wonderful crew.

Don was a pleasure to work with. He was very thorough and informative. He walked me through the process and was always so kind and would check on me. His crew was friendly and professional and did a great job. My toddler granddaughter met Don around Valentine’s Day and they now refer to each other as “my valentine”. If you've got roof problems, these are the guys to call! We worked with Brittany, Dusty, and Larry. They are roof experts and worked directly with our insurance. The crews did great work and worked fast to replace our roof and repair damages. I definitely recommend.

Beau Waller is a great representative for Herd Construction LLC. He did everything he said he would do . Always on time over seeing the job. If you need a roof Beau Waller is your man.
