I called Heritage on a Sunday at 11am.... In an ice storm... I was stuck at work on a 24 hour shift when my wife called and said the heater wasn't working. It's supposed to be 15 degrees tonight. I started calling around. Heritage was the only company that actually answered the phone. I spoke with Ronnie and explained the situation. Fast forward 2 hours later. Heater is fixed, my wife and kids are warm, and they charged a great price. I was blown away. Ronnie just got a life long customer out of me and every referral I ever give. Thanks Ronnie! No worse feeling than being stuck at work and worrying about your family. You saved us!

Single best AC repair experience I’ve ever had. I called Ronnie today because my AC was broken. He came that same day and fixed it immediately. He also did repairs at a WAY WAY WAY better price than other companies have quoted me for. Ronnie is fast, honest, efficient, and explains things extremely well. I will only ever work with Ronnie as long as I live in his area.

We discovered an issue with our AC late in the day, and we were able to get an appointment with Ronnie first thing the next morning. He was SO NICE, knowledgeable, and quick to fix us up enough to get us through the weekend before he came back to finish the job since he didn't have all the necessary parts on hand at the time. Despite technically making two visits, he gave us a discount for a same-day repair when he came back to install our new float switches. We will absolutely be using Heritage in the future if we have any other issues pop up!
