The delivery was quick, smooth, and stress-free. It’s rare to find a company that treats customers this well. Highly recommend — I’ll definitely be a repeat customer.

I am not a big reviewer but I’ve been using Heritage Fuel for my propane and oil for years. They have never let me down on service and delivery, but yesterday did the impossible and I’m so grateful. My hot water heater went bye bye and taking a cold shower is no fun. Heritage was here yesterday at 8:00am, to evaluate the issue found a better water heater with their distributor and had it installed and working by 5:00 pm. Thanks Drew! There is nothing better than working with a Company that’s there when you really need them. Thank you Durkin-Heritage.

I have been a long time customer of heritage fuel and cannot express how highly I think of their professionalism care kindness and availability. The heritage durkin team is beyond compare. We have used many companies and no one is up to their standards. We have recently had an urgent repair that led to needing a large upgrade to our heating system due to safety concerns we were unaware of. They understood and expedited it and have been available 24/7. When it comes to safety they get it. They have been beyond responsive during this process which has been profoundly hard for our family. I’m blessed to know them. Further jack durkin is beyond. He’s truly the loveliest man ever and makes things happen! Whoever you currently use, consider a switch.

Heritage Fuel and Propane in Brewster NY is an excellent Company. I have been using their services for many years. The longtime owners and all of the office staff are very helpful and customer focused. In addition, all the delivery and maintenance people are wonderful for timely deliver of all forms of requisite fuel including oil and propane. When delivering oil, they are always very careful in reading the tank full gauge. And when performing an annual oil burner maintenance, they are very careful to ensure proper working order for the cold weather When delivering propane, if needed, they will check the tank gauges to ensure that all indicator needles are functioning properly to reflect the accurate amount of fuel within each tank.

I am beyond thrilled with Heritage! Their customer service is top notch. The technicians are professional and courteous, and the install team does fantastic work. Period. After getting the run around and being taken advantage of by one of the "big names" I turned to Heritage. Their pricing is definitely fair and competitive and the service is leaps and bounds above the other companies. I highly recommend Heritage to anyone for sevice or installation. Cannot compliment them enough! Will be using them for a long time.
