Heritage Heat and Air

I originally called another local AC service and was told by their answering service that they would give me a call back when I finally got a call back. I was told they might be able to get to me That evening they never showed up so I tried calling back Monday with no response. I tried calling back Tuesday with no response so I called twice Wednesday With no response! I consider my time valuable and worth something, but apparently this company did not! so not knowing what else to do I called my brother like any sister would do and he recommended heritage. I called heritage. The owner answered very professionally and told me he would be at my house in 15 to 20 minutes. He was there in 20 minutes, took him about an hour and a half to fix my problem. I'm Thankful I stumbled upon Heritage Heat and air. Other companies came out to service our mini split units and did nothing but take our money and we still had issues either the same day or a week later. I called Heritage. We needed a new unit. They were here with a new unit the next day, installed it timely and left no mess. Customer service goes a long way these days. I would highly recommend Heritage to take care of your ac and heating needs. Top Notch service.

Billy with Heritage was awesome. Got to our job quickly and did an amazing job. Installed three units for us and they work great. Removed the old unit and cleaned up perfectly.

My AC broke on 8/23 (Wednesday), and nobody answer my requests. I decided to call another company for help. This company Heritage Heat and Air has excellent service. I called them on Friday night (8/25) to install a new AC. It's surprised to me that they came and install on next Wednesday (8/30) and complete by 4:30 PM. Very good quality and service. My room temperature was dropped fast from 84 to 77 within 3 hours. Finally I had very good sleep last night. I also make comparison price with some other AC companies. They are about the same. However, nobody can have such service, Fast and excellent. I recommend all of you guys in Port Lavaca to call him if your AC got problem! Don't waste your time to call some others company!

I writing this review because feel I was wronged. I called this company to check my AC because it wasn’t cooling. Technician came out and performed troubleshooting maintenance, but to no avail. Told me I needed a new AC unit. Problem was he replaced my unit with an AC unit when I needed a heat pump. I don’t know the difference between the two, but I know now thanks to the cold spell we had recently. He could have explained the differences as he replaced my heat pump with a regular AC unit. We had to go out and purchase portable space heaters to warm our house because the heat pump unit was for supplemental purposes.
