My furnace stopped working on one of the coldest days of the year. Called Heritage and Jason was at my house within the hour. He repaired my furnace and completed, the much needed maintenance work on it, all at an affordable price. Jason was polite, friendly and very informative. He took the time to answer all questions l asked and provided information that will help me in the future. I will definitely use Heritage Heating and Cooling again and highly recommend them.

We were in a Pinch when our hot water heater went out and line busted as well. We had to shut off our water for the day, but Justin with Heritage Heating & Cooling was able to fit us in quickly. Our hot water tank sprung a leak and flooded our basement. Justin came out within a few hours of my husband contacting him, diagnosed the problem and installed a brand new hot water tank in the same day. I was very impressed with his promptness and very thankful that we didn’t even have to go a whole day without hot water! Fair prices and prompt service! We will use Heritage Heating and Cooling again!

We were in the hottest week of the summer, and Justin made time pretty quickly for my family. He was thorough and super informative. Our system will likely need replacing in the next couple of years simply due to age but for now, it's working fine. That visit was in July, and it's now the end of August. When we build a new house in the next 3-5 years, I'll be calling Justin to be a part of things!

Justin replaced both my furnace and central air unit. He was great to work with! He’s very knowledgeable and answered any questions I had. When I told him we were planning to sell our home in the next few years, he even pointed out a setup our old furnace had that wouldn’t have passed inspection and fixed the issue on our new install.
