I went in to pick up an order that I had last week. It was the week of Christmas break and there were about 6 kids there at work with their dad's. They were very polite and well behaved. The guys had me loaded and ready before I even completed my transaction. Very knowledgeable people. I was shown several options that would serve my needs. Very impressed.

This review is not a reflection of this irrigation supply house, so much as it is about the corporate failure following their purchase by Home Depot. Since HD purchased them, they have since closed to retail customers. This was one of the few places that carried the specialty items I needed, so needless to say I am disappointed with Home Depot’s corporate greed by trying to push consumers to their stores instead.

Placed order for PVC for sprinkler system install, 10 days out, they said, "No problem." I called the day before the delivery to confirm that they will have equipment to unload the 1800ft of pipe because it's just me and my dad (who was visiting from out of state to help). They said, "We are actually on a shortage so we are saving all of our material for big contacts... We tried to call you." I understand shortages happen, that's why I was originally happy to hear they could fill my order. But the service that followed compelled me to post this 1-star review. Simply saying "we tried to call you" does nothing to solve the problem. Instead they should have said, "I'm sorry we were unable to reach you, can I confirm your number? Let me find the names of other suppliers who might be able to

Friendly staff. The shop is clean, very organized and well stocked. They have (or can get) just about anything you need. Their products range from irrigation and and water features, as well as Christmas lighting and decor. Also fire pits and outdoor lighting and snow removal products. I definitely recommend!
