Extremely rude, we called in to perches a product that we need sooner than later. We were informed product was at location and of price. BEFORE I SENT MY FOREMAN, I informed them that we didn't have an account, NOTHING WAS SAID ABOUT US NEEDING AN ACCOUNT! I send my guy all the way there, they were dismissive and rude to him, stating that they will not sell anything to him. If you want your diesel and time wasted use this company extremely unprofessional.

This place is a joke. Lack of communication along with no answers for ETA of products you order on top of them not having the ability to resolve any issues in a timely manner..

There needs to be a better way to get items for will call. Order called in, still had to wait 45 minutes for regular stock items to be pulled. This occurs a lot.

Poor customer service. No calls are returned. We ordered our pool liner on 4/20/21 and we are still waiting. When you call no one knows when it will arrive. It has gone from a one month guarantee to an eight week guarantee to they now have no clue as to when the liner will arrive. They currently have $3000.00 of our money and have no desire to reach out and find out what is going on with our liner. This is so unacceptable.

Great place I’ve been dealing with them for about 40 years and still are.
