Heritage Station Car Park

Shootings/Death on property, no working AC or heat. Rats and trash everywhere. Security on property but cars get stolen and broken into EVERYDAY… It’s filthy. Great location, very spacious and from what I’ve seen they are doing renovations but it’s not worth it. I told them that there was mold in my apt due to a flood / leaks and they never came to look at it!! EVERYTHING that look good isn’t good!! Also there’s an active train that runs 15-20x daily and it will bother you because it’s extremely loud. Every 7-10 months we also get new management. Last management was stealing residents rent payments.

TRASH EVERY WHERE THEY DO NOT CLEAN UP AT ALL ‼️‼️‼️

Horrible place to live... Trash all over the apartments. Repairs are needed, won't even let you know the fire alarm going to GO OFF!!!!!.. Horrible place.... I will be contacting the city...

It's really sad that the parking deck and grounds especially near the trash dumpsters are not well maintained.
