Chris was awesome, prompt, and very well proceed. He fixed up the outside of my house, went the extra mile, and removed an old deck for us. We will definitely continue to use him as we fix up our house. We're very happy to finally have a dependable and competent professional. Thank you!!!

Chris was great. He helped me get out of a bind and was very professional. His prices are very reasonable and he sticks to his word on what he charges. He was prompt and in communication the whole time. Would highly recommend.

I won't call anyone else. Herman's has done me right and won my loyalty. I had some leaking faucets, a loose toilet, needed some fence work done, small things like hanging mirrors and painting. I needed repair on the outside trim on the house, a gutter re-hung, ceiling fan replaced, wall switch replaced ... all done with excellent care, thoughtfulness and for a low (but fair) price. When I see something around my house that needs a fix, if I can't do it myself (or I'm too lazy to do) I know Herman's can. My neighborhood Handyman should be yours too.

This guy is awesome. He is honest and gives good advice. He went over an hour but only charged me for one. Great communication and got here when he said he would. Total Pro...i’ll be calling him again for sure.
