Our AC wasn't dehumidifying well, leaving the house clammy. Tech checked the refrigerant charge (ok), cleaned the evaporator coil thoroughly, and then checked the blower speed. It was set too high, moving air too quickly past the coil to condense moisture properly. Slowed the blower speed slightly HUGE difference in comfort! Knew the science.

Scheduling the diagnostic visit was easy and He showed up right at the start of the time window. He told us that the parts were out of stock, but we could try to buy a used one on eBay. He was very candid about the risks of using used parts versus buying a brand new dryer. We were shopping around for a new dryer but then found a seller on eBay who had a used replacement part. Hermosa Beach HVAC, Air Conditioning & Heating did a great job fixing the washer and dryer. They were very friendly from the first phone call and continued through the first support call to the actual repair. Everywhere they were very professional, and explained all the questions that I had about the repair. As others have mentioned, they were very honest and straight forward, in addition to being very skilled at what they do! We will definitely be calling them in the future for anything we need. I also have to point out the amazing quality - it's been about 4 months since the repair and everything still works well as they came in to fix it!

I contacted the repair shop due to numerous positive reviews. Also, some reviewers have a long history of writing reviews. I requested a quote on my Bosch refrigerator and spoke to Him within an hour. He came back the next morning, ran some tests, and replaced the fan in the freezer. He told me that the refrigerator needed to be fixed. After 24 hours the fridge still hasn't cooled down. I sent a message to Him. He called me back right away and gave me some tips to try. My refrigerator is finally working. He is professional and responsive. I highly recommend home appliance repair to anyone in need of a service.

He was thorough but very quick to diagnose the problem, came to an agreement on the price of the repair, did a great job of fixing it and ensured he cleaned and put everything back in the fridge.
