Also last minute calls has saved me the day when needed a portal patty and coordinate the dropped location without not even being there.

If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Isaiah came out to help us with a clogged system on less than 2 hours notice, as a brand-new customer (my usual guys weren't picking up the phone the day after New Years 🙃). He was friendly, efficient, and super helpful, explaining everything he was doing to me and my husband so we would know how to mitigate the issue from happening in the future. And he charged more than a super fair price. 10/10 absolutely recommend him and his company. We are truly grateful!

I highly recommend Hernandez Sanitation Services and I will be using them again in the future. I called around 4pm 12/23 as our shower drain was backing up and we don’t have another bathroom to use in the home. The owner answered very quick, was extremely polite and compassionate on the phone. He was at our home within an hour, and by 6:15pm had pumped our tank! He was extremely knowledgeable, gave us recommendations and advice. I couldn’t be happier with the level of service I have received. Thank you!!

Called Hernandez Sanitation Services on Friday late afternoon at the beginning of the Labor Day weekend and asked Mr Hernandez if he could pump my septic tank which was completely full. I was expecting that an appointment for the following week would be needed but to my surprise he told me he could come right away. He arrived within 30 minutes of my call. I can honestly say I was impressed with Mr Hernandez and his professionalism and willingness to get the job done on the beginning of a long weekend. I was so impressed on his service and availability that I recommended him to all my neighbors and will be the first person I call for any and all of my septic tank issues. A job very well done and I highly recommend his company for any septic tank issues.
