Edited to add that after what transpired below, Hernandez Utilities went on to install fiber for Spectrum on another street, and they ended up cutting the power for some of our neighbors. I don't know if it was just that street affected, but many people had no power. They then packed up, left, and never came back to install fiber on any other street, so a portion of our neighborhood has Spectrum when it was supposed to be the whole neighborhood. Spectrum hired this company to install fiber. Absolutely no one told us they'd be here or provided a phone number to call if they messed something up. They broke our water line and cut our tree's roots, and then they had the audacity to have an attitude when confronted saying that breaking water lines is part of the process. Funny, Suddenlink's c

Tore up my front yard by parking in it and got stuck. Won't reimburse for all the damages they did. I have multiple pics and video of them.

Their website says “specializes in directional drilling” but they busted a water pipe while upgrading the AT&T lines in our neighborhood. Not like anyone is going to switch to them - everyone uses Spectrum here, already faster than their fiber optic network. Now the whole street is being ripped up so the water company can fix the leak. On top of that, they’re just dirty and unprofessional. Park on everyone’s grass, leave the mess and don’t clean up the dirt, relevel the grass or ground they tear up. They must be the cheapest bidder. Makes sense if you only care about profits. Great way for AT&T to convince customers to switch. 🤣

“We can schedule that” NO SUCH LUCK They show up unnanouced at 7am three times in a row beating on the door. They speak zero English and do sloppy work. 🚮

They were hired by ATT to install fiber in the neighborhood. I was not signing up for ATT, nor was there ever any notice on our doors about work being performed. They cut my spectrum internet and did not fix it. Been without internet all day and will have to wait for spectrum to come out tomorrow. Unacceptable.
