Hernando Tile

Lifted tiles, uneven tiles, multiple grout colors, grout missing. No one being held accountable for poor work- instead customers from builder are told it’s normal construction. Beware.

Unfortunately, the builder, Artistic Homes, uses this TERRIBLE tile company. The tile work in the kitchen was so BAD that my husband tore it off the walls. The owner of the tile company had the audacity to yell at my husband for doing that. First of all, it's our house, not his. Then, the owner sent a few guys to do the tile work in the bathrooms. The grout work looks terrible because it doesn't line up correctly. Perhaps the smell of liquor on his breath explains the more than poor workmanship since it clearly indicates he was DRUNK. The tile guy told my husband he was going on vacation in a few days, and he planned on doing a lot of drinking. He clearly started early while on the job at our house. This is totally UNACCEPTABLE.
