Was in contact with them fall of 2023 to get heat put in before winter, eventually got heat put in late February early March. We got on the list to get AC put in as well before summer 2024. Never showed up, called multiple times in July and never gave us an estimate of when they could do it and acted like we were never on the list. Went with a different company and they got me one within 2 weeks of calling. Will not be doing future business with them. Wish I could give 0 stars.

Very quick service. Called them because my kitchen sink and dishwasher were backing up. They were out within 48 hours. Alex worked around my 3rd shift schedule and was very respectful. My drain clog was being a bit of a pain, but he got it fixed in a timely fashion and I have never been happier in my life to be able to do dishes.

If I could give zero stars I would. First off the tech showed up when they were told not to come over until the afternoon because I work 3rd shift. So they decided that 10:30am was apparently afternoon. Oh wait it gets better, then when they do show up they don't even knock on the door. Yes ladies and gents a man I've never met before thought it okay to just go ahead and walk into my house. But wait there is more, then the tech cuts a hole in my wall to access pipes and then just leaves without saying anything and shows up 2 hours later. I called the owner and he made up excuses, didn't apologize or anything. Completely disrespectful and unprofessional company. Don't waste your time with these guys.

Called, spoke with Jim H, came out to view a project gave me a quote. Got them all set up to come out to the property, door codes, alarms etc and dude just disappears. SEVERAL weeks later after calling their office daily and leaving messages because I haven’t heard a single thing, Jim finally guts up the gumption to leave a voicemail that “he just doesn’t have time to complete the job.” Well thanks Jim. Way to be professional and waste a month of someone’s time when you already knew they were on a time limit and you just didn’t want to do the job. Save your time! Find an actual professional to do the job you need.

Takes ages to get anything done. Was told before last winter that they were going to get the furnace installed in the house I am currently in. Never got done left me heating the house with the old baseboard electric heaters at 500-700$ a month. They are currently doing an install in the house I am moving to. Called to get an update on this 2 weeks ago and the guy that I got a call back from was incredibly rude. This install is almost done now. Being the only HVAC company in town leaves them with no competition and if for whatever reason your job isn't a priority to them. Do not expect it to get done very quickly.
