I have continued to use HERNDON HEATING AND AIR since moving into my home 20 years ago! They have continued to come for regular maintenance twice a year. During our recent winter storm, the owners came immediately to see why I had NO HEAT! They repaired the furnace, but unfortunately it went out again almost immediately! They left heaters for me to use until a new furnace/AC system could be installed! They were kind, helpful and concerned! They returned for the installation as soon as possible and worked diligently to have my heat running well again! What a joy to have 70 degrees in my home again. I can not praise Herndon Heating and Air enough for their help and advice during this winter storm watch-- not to mention their help with yearly maintenance for 20 years! I highly recommend

We went with Herndon to replace our furnace and AC unit after receiving a few quotes. Even though we’re located South Atlanta they were quick, incredibly nice and so professional. From calling the office to the installers who came to the house - everyone was great! We liked their quote better, they provided a nice financing option, and offered better products! Plus, I felt completely comfortable and safe with their installers at my home all day. Could not recommend more!! If you need any HVAC service give Herndon a call first.

I just want to relay how pleased I have been with services through Herndon Heating and Air! Between communication with Kayla at office, a general service call by Derek back in August to check things over and now a recent cooling issue which led the discovery of a part needing to be replaced performed by Kenny and his team (Aaron and Ryker). All around job well done and am grateful for the top notch service!
