Unfortunately i did not get the cleaning that i paid for. attention to detail was not taken into consideration while cleaning. it looks as if everything was surfaced cleaned and nothing more than that. definitely over priced for what they give you. you’re better off cleaning yourself. very disappointed because they really do seem like a company that takes care of their clients:( also got a call from them and the whole time she was telling me that communication was just off meanwhile i had communicated that the bathroom and kitchen needed deep cleaning. asked for a refund of just half the service because there is just no way three hours in a very tiny apartment didn’t get cleaned well. and on top of that, the cleaner had broken a picture frame and the call did not seem sincere about breakin

I'm not even kidding, these guys fully deserve their amazing rating. I've been having health problems that have made cleaning my bathroom very difficult, so it got bad. I hired them to do a deep clean and reset, and I am incredibly impressed. The first thing I noticed, besides the bathroom finally being clean, was that my counter was cleared off and the drawers reorganized neatly so that everything fit. I know that's not everyone's preference, but I deeply appreciated it. Next, I noticed my sink draining better. When I took a closer look, I realized she had cleaned the drain plug and removed all the grime. That level of attention to detail is absolutely stunning. For the very first time I hired a cleaner and I went with Hero Cleaners! They were AMAZING to work with!! I was in a pinch and they scheduled me in last minute. I was completely mortified by the state of my bathrooms but our cleaner was so polite about it. My bathrooms have never sparkled more! I mean that sincerely. I’ve never seen my bathtubs as clean as she was able to get them. 15 out of 10 stars. I’ll hire them again!

We hired Hero cleaners to clean my mom’s home every month of the year as a Christmas gift. She’s had one cleaning performed so far and is delighted with how beautifully things turned out. This was the first time I have hired a house cleaner so I really didn’t know what to expect. The young lady was early which was nice to see, she was prepared and friendly. She stayed cleaning the entire 4 hours which I was impressed by. Paying for a service I had really high expectations but after the young lady left I realized she needed more time, I should have paid for a super deep cleaning the first time. That being said one of my request was a focus on dusting this was were I was a little disappointed, I still have a lot that needs dusting. I’m blaming myself like I said she really could have spend 8 hours cleaning and dusting. So I’ve learned my lesson I’ll ask what it’s going to take to make my house look the way I was hoping for.
