My technician was knowledgeable and respectful. I even asked him to tape up a seam in the air duct area and he did so. He noticed that the filter was not the same as they normally put on but then he found out that the owner had a stack of them there to replace at the 3-month interval. They were lesser quality but that was what the previous owner had changed on the 3-month interval.

Fantastic experience! Our heat wasn’t working, and Mandi was able to get a technician out to our house later that same day. Jason was our technician, and even though it was late in the day, he was kind, patient, and thorough in making sure we were up and running again. 10/10 would and will recommend!

Jason did a great job, was great with communicating with us in what he was doing and the possible problems with our mini split system. The cost was more than reasonable and would recommend HERO to anyone needing service in the area.
