Lance was recommended by our realtor. He did a fantastic job! He was very thorough and sent us a detailed report that was easy to understand. The report included recommended action items. I would definitely use him again!

Lance is awesome. I had called probably 10 home inspection companies trying to price them out. He came in at an affordable rate with a good business history and great reviews. He was able to come the week after I called. He knows his stuff and I felt so much better about the home we’re buying after his praises of our builder and the equipment and materials they use! Lance has done many inspections for me (I'm a realtor) and he always does an amazing job! I wouldn't keep hiring him if he didn't. Lance was professional, kind, respectful, thorough, and very responsive, returning my phone call within a few minutes of when I reached out to him. He understood the importance of scheduling and completing the home inspection within a short period of time. He was very knowledgeable, and patient in answering my questions about the property he had inspected. I really appreciated that he took the time to review his findings in-person, immediately following his inspection of the home. I was able to ask him questions at that time, and he encouraged me to reach out if any additional questions arose. As a result of his helpful explanations, I was able to comprehend the things that needed to be addressed at the home, and I understood his final written report in better detail. His report was very
