Hero Restoration has been the best company I've ever worked with. No matter what issues arose they were there to help and make sure my bathroom looked beautiful. Mike, Bruce, Robbie Sr, Robbie Jr, and John were all amazing! Special shout out to Bruce and Robbie Jr they were so wonderful and I am so grateful for the work they did in my bathroom. Mike was an amazing point of contact for this whole process. He helped turn my vision into reality. Both Robbie Sr and John made sure to pick up any items we needed and was there each step of the way. Each and every member of this team has made this bathroom renovation journey so easy and fast. They went above and beyond my expectations! Even the woman who does the administrative work (Tina) was so kind and helpful. I could go on for days about this

Hero Restoration looked at my issue with the back deck and suggested the right solution and not a coverup or temporary fix. they listened to my budget and kept the project within the numbers i expected. They gave a fair price for the work. They also did a follow up two weeks later to see how everything turned out. 5 stars , no notes.

We had a great experience with Hero. They arrived very quickly before the roads were even plowed after a bad snowstorm to stop and repair a leak in our bathroom wall before it got worse. They were highly communicative and went above and beyond to explore all possible causes of the issue, identify the problem, and thoroughly repair it. Very nice people too.

They sprung into action in the middle of the night to help us and came right back at 7 AM the next day to continue the work. We’ve had a great deal of emergency work done over the years, but Hero Restoration puts them all to shame with their speed and care for us.

Our attic and second floor needed reinforcing due to structural issues. Everyone who stepped foot into our home was professional, thorough, kind, and efficient. This stressful situation was defused by Hero’s expertise. They also did a fantastic job with the drywall repairs and painted our whole house. Highly recommend and will be working with them when we do our kitchen reno.
