Heros Plumbing Service

Had to use them cause AHS sent them. Needed a new hot water heater. Signed the paperwork for our part and agreed to pay the extra money on the codes. Never heard from them again. Called to see what was going on and they're mad I left a bad review about the technician that came out. But instead of professionalism they just assumed I didn't want the hot water heater and never ordered it because apparently that's the only technician that can do the work around there. That place is a joke. I had a leak before this in the wall and they sent this same guy and he tried to say it was underground in the sewage pipes cause there was water in the floor and not the wall. I stand by my original complaint. He was rude, arrogant, and walked in and out and around my house like he lived there.

We made a claim through our home warranty company because our garbage disposal was leaking. We made the request Thursday, Heros had someone here the next day, they ordered the part, and they came and installed the new garbage disposal the following Monday! The tech was friendly and quick. The woman on the phone was kind. All around it was a great experience. Hopefully if we have to make another claim we get to use Heros again!

Jonathan and Robert are the best! We had a water heater leak and they quickly helped us get it replaced under warranty. Unfortunately the new water heater did not seem to ne working properly. These guys let me reach out to them easily to troubleshoot what was going on and I was very impressed how quickly they were able to come by each time. In the end, we had to have them replace the water heater again as it was faulty. But we are back in business and will use this company again! Very kind and polite everytime.

My home warranty sent out Heros Plumbing to fix my kitchen faucet. The service tech was Jack. Who arrived on time and was very professional. He took the time to explain what was causing the leak. I very rarely leave reviews. But this company is great. And have very competent service techs like Jack.
