Herr Septic Services

Herr Septic has been servicing our aerobic septic system for over 20 years. Their prices are fair and they provide reliable service. Recently, we had our system pumped. The pumper did not do the job correctly. Herr Septic identified the problem at their next maintenance visit. The pumper was impossible for me to deal with. Ben stepped in and communicated with the pumper. Today the pumper returned to pump it correctly at no charge. Next time I need it pumped, I will ask Ben to recommend an experienced pumper.

Ben and his crews are simply awesome. Their quarterly service is always on time and their heads-up calls are very convenient, as opposed to their competitors that others in our neighborhood use. He is definitely a people person, which is something that goes along way. Definitely recommend them!

It was super easy to set up service and David arrived under 2 hours. He was super courteous, knowledgeable and professional and he promptly diagnosed and fixed the problem with our septic system. He also gave some valuable tips on the septic system. I highly recommended this company to anyone needing septic system service.

They were recommended from another company (that was out of town at the time). Our pipe broke that runs to our septic we couldn’t use any faucets or toilet. Their response was quick and took care of the issue. They were amazing and we appreciate the communication they kept with us through the ordeal.
