Herrera Contractors

As you all know it’s very hard to find a reputable and trustworthy contractor. Well, let me tell you Herrera Contractors is just that. The owner, Fabricio is awesome. We hired them to do a tear down and rebuild of our Florida room. After consulting with Fabricio he suggested we convert the area into a living space. This turned out to be a great idea. My husband gained a man-cave. From groundbreaking to final inspections took about 2 1/2 months. Communication was awesome. Price was reasonable. Included are some before, during and after photos. Full disclosure, if you've never hired a contractor be prepared to possibly pay additional fees such as your choices of finishes (door locks, handles, tile, paint, unforeseeable things, etc.). We have wanted a remodel of our small galley kitchen for years. I had wanted to knock down a wall and move our laundry out to expand the kitchen. Fabricio and his team saw my vision and did an amazing job! We are so happy with our new kitchen! We have amazing room and ample cabinet and counter space! Their crews were very thorough, very tidy, cleaned up every day! We are now planning on using them for additional services around our home!

Fabricio and his team did a really great job updating our guest bathroom. They completed the job within the time frame we were told. They were mindful, clean and respectful. Joseph went above and beyond to make things just as we wanted. When we had minor adjustments to the original plan, Fabricio was up front with any price changes so there were no big surprises at the end. We are very pleased!

Fabricio, Niko, and the team did a great job on a difficult project at our home. We needed a general contractor to perform work on our roof, and this team was just the one for the job. Upon starting work, they were efficient getting our project through permitting with the City of Orlando, their crews were on time every day, cleaned up after themselves, and worked until the work was complete (one night, well after 8:00 to make sure that the project was ready for inspection, and another time on a Saturday). We are very happy with the results, and would certainly recommend them to family or friends!

Wood quality/Fabricio and his team are absolutely amazing! I’m still stunned by how beautiful they made my master bathroom. These guys are highly skilled, professional, and most importantly, trustworthy. They also offer they most reasonable prices for the best service.
