Herrick Septic & Excavating

$495, XL 3 basin system, pumped out on the same day that I called. For those with the smaller, more standard system, it was $395 for a pump out. Seamless process, clean service and transparent pricing. Cant beat it.

I couldn't be more pleased with Laurel & Sean and the requested work they did to my septic system. I no longer wanted to dig up my tank lids to have them pumped, so I requested they install new risers to come up even to ground level. They did so, just as promised, and they patiently answered every single question I had. They explained everything! They got the job done by the schedule we agreed to, and the price was exactly as estimated. I was expecting to have a mess in the yard to clean up after they left, but they left it finished nicely. I don't have to do any cleanup! All I need to do is rake-in a little grass seed, and it is all done! Thank you Laurel and Sean!!! 😃

Called these great folks today, to look at a "difficult " septic system (Premier tech). The showed up fast! Gave great diagnosis! Worked on the system to get us back in order. So friendly too! Looking forward to working with them in the future!

When my long-time service provider could not come out within a reasonable time frame to hel work with a septic tank emergency, Herrick saved the day. Not only were they friendly and kind, they first attempted to help troubleshoot the problem with me over the phone in hopes of a quick resolution. When it turned out to be something more, they came out quickly and repaired the issue (new septic pump needed) and kept me informed along the way. So appreciative! They’ve earned a new customer for life!

We called Herrick last Friday when we ran into an issue with our Septic during a real estate inspection. The issue was not an emergency, but he came out to the house that evening (after a long hard day I'm sure) and reassured us that he would figure out the cause. He came out today (Monday) to excavate; he identified the problem and fixed the issue. The entire staff was accommodating and helpful and most important - HONEST!!! Lastly, their pricing was fair.
