Amazing service! Victor, Larry and Nico came today and I couldn’t be more pleased. They explained what they were doing every step of the way ensuring that I was fully satisfied and didn’t have any questions. Will definitely remember them and use again!

Victor and Willie were awesome. They went above and beyond and made this an easy experience. We had septic water backing up into the house the week of Thanksgiving and they were in and out quickly and efficiently while educating me and fixing the problems. I would definitely recommend herring septic service to friends and family.

Victor and his partner did a great job. From the time I placed the order to job complete was less than 3 hours. Very knowledgeable and courteous. I will definitely use Herring Septic Services again.

They pumped my septic tank and did not add a sufficient amount of water back into it. This caused the whole tank to collapsed or “float” as they call it. They told me “sometimes that happens”. I was completely oblivious that the tank collapsing was their fault until I called around to get quotes on a new tank and another company asked me if the company that pumped it was going to be paying for the new tank. I was confused and they explained to me that this was 100% avoidable. I went back to these guys and told them about what I had learned. They took absolutely zero ownership for their actions. This ended up costing me $2,000 and they didn’t even apologize for their actions. Please avoid these guys. I would recommend going to Scott Brady at MAS septic service.

We had a backup from our septic into our house. Called them last evening and Craig told us what to do in order to get through until morning and they were here first thing this morning and saved us from having an awful Christmas. They are very professional, upfront with all information and options and truly our Christmas Angels! I would highly recommend them.
