Hertz-A-Crete Concrete Construction

The team from Hertz-a-Crete did a fantastic job with our patio. We purchased this home five months ago, and the previous owners told us the basement was dry (a lie). We had water in the basement every time it rained. During one heavy thunderstorm we took out 45 gallons of water. Gordy and the team demoed our old patio next to the house and found that there was no flashing and water had decayed the wood around the foundation. They Spent several days making the repairs, replacing the wood and installing the proper flashing. They also Installed a downspout catch basin and 18 feet of pipe to take the water away from the house. We are beyond happy with the final result of our project. Hertz-A-Crete took our mismatched courtyard patio, which was falling apart, and created a beautiful area that we are looking forward to sharing with family & friends. Also, the team was professional, personable and great to work with. You could see that each individual took great pride in their job!

Hertz-a-Crete has proven to be an excellent concrete contractor. Gordie and his crew poured our 645 square foot, stamped concrete patio & sidewalk in 2011. We had them back in 2018 to clean & reseal it. They were back again this week to clean & reseal it again and after 12 years, our patio & sidewalk still look great!! Our back patio area was a mess and an embarrassment for a number of years. We decided to have concrete poured where there used to be large shrubs, a tree, huge stones and a lot of river rock. We contacted Hertz-A-Crete in July. We had to wait our turn in line which is normal in these times but, once it got started in November, everything went well. There were a copule of communication issues in the early stages but everyone was super to work with (Gordie, Brad, Curtis and the work crew). We are very pleased with the results and the extra steps they took to ensure our cable line could be reburied once the project was done. I had Hertz-a Crete pour stamped concrete in my courtyard 10 years ago and had them return to reseal my concrete and give it a “facelift.” My patio got like new and is BEAUTIFUL!!! Spencer, from hertz a Crete, was professional and endured all my questions!!! I love my home and Hertz a Crete helped make my home special!!!
