Hess Air - A/C Service & Repair

Our ac stopped cooling, so we called Hess Air because they are an authorized Trane dealer. Juan (Silver) Garcia and Eric Elizondo came out and made the necessary repairs. We were let down by the actions of two other big name ac dealers, and were relieved to find a company that had ethical, professional and highly competent employees such as Juan and Eric to rectify our problems. Everything went incredibly smoothly, quick and efficiently. So much so that we now have a service agreement with them. I really wish we had found them to begin with. My husband and I are very, very grateful to Hess Air and will be recommending them to everyone we know. Thank you!

Juan "Silver" Garcia did a fabulous job doing my annual inspection. He went above and beyond to explain things in a very understanding way. Explained some things with my siding to keep space under unit safe as well. He is a very special caring representative for the Hess company.
