I just want to share with anyone who is looking for an AC company that Hess Air exemplifies strong integrity, transparency and outstanding customer service. There service and installation staff are first class, hard working and take great pride in all that they do. The cost and pricing are very reasonable. I had my ducting replaced and I was amazed of how professional, courteous the team was throughout the installation. They answered any and all questions before, during and after the service sincerely and promptly. The office staff answers the phone "How can I make your day better" and they say their NAME!!!!, don't find that high level of service much anywhere! It can be difficult to find a company that is honest knowledgeable and timely, but I was so glad we all three qualities in the same place. They diagnosed, recommended, and serviced my very complicated problem quickly and respectfully. I couldn’t be more pleased. Highly recommend

I am purchasing a home and need some Air Conditioning work done. I called in to Hess Air and Cynthia is who helped me. I must say, very impressed with her customer service. She explained to me the several options I had available, from new unit equipment, to maintenance of existing equipment, duct work, etc. Very thorough in her explanations and above all felt at ease. Made a fair deal on a new A/C replacement, installed it when they said they would, did a great professional job, didn't add any unexpected surprise charges so I'm a happy customer.

My AC stopped working. It got cleaned out but was told next time it would be 7x what I paid today. What?
