I had a repair job for stone work on my front stairs. Other contractors never even called back. I reached Fran while he was on vacation out of the country and he picked up. On his return, he promptly came by my house, came up with a practical solution and executed the job within a week. His team did a nice job. As he quoted to me a couple of times, "He gets "stuff" done!" Indeed. Good experience overall.
