Zach was great - he came out right away, did a great job diagnosing the problem and getting our well up and running again. Courteous and efficient, and reasonably priced.

Very rude and unprofessional! I had a strange encounter with the man on the phone this morning. He asked our information to input into the computer and set up an account. I gave him the company name as that is how we are billed for tax purposes. He notified me it would be COD which is no problem (our credit card is in the company name as well). He also asked for the owner's name which I provided as well. He then said "alright" and hung up on me. I thought maybe the call dropped so I called back and let him know I am unclear as to weather or not they would be coming out to service our well. He told me to hold on and then hung up on me again.

Hands down the best well pump and plumbing service in the area. Extremely reliable and extremely good at what they do. Highly recommend.

The technician Zach was out to our house within an hour and a half of calling. He was extremely professional and explained the diagnostics, the work he preformed and why there were necessary. Zach even followed up later in the day regarding a part they do not stock. He located one in their warehouse and came back out and attempted to fix the issue. Would definitely recommend Zach and Hess Well Drilling.

Quick and reliable, within 30 minutes of calling the office the guys were at my front door ready to address and fix the issue. Eric answered all questions in a professional manner and helped me understand what the issue was, how it happened and what to do to prevent future issues all before the work began. He gave me a step-by-step price breakdown so I knew where my money was going. Made quick work of it once they began, I had my water back in just about 2 hours! Great overall experience!
