Hess Well Pumps & Plumbing

This business is listed several times on google at different addresses, but they are the same business. Beware!!! They do very sub-standard work on wells and the equipment they use is super cheap. My water treatment guy warned me that they have a poor reputation in the community for unethical business practices, and that my equipment would likely fail early. Well, it's been 2 years and I now have to replace a pressure tank and switch, having already replaced a neutralizing pump and tank. I'm out thousands of dollars and I want everyone to know that these guys do not stand behind their work. Do not trust them!!! They are poor business people and unethical.

I had progressively lower water pressure everyday so i finally called hess well pumps they came right out diagnosed the problem. They replaced my well pump which was the problem then they ended up replacing my pressure tank I have lived in this house for nineteen years this is the best pressure i have ever had by a long shot. I thought these guys were awesome in every way!!!!!!

These guys are great! Came quickly, fixed the well within an hour and we’re very respectful. Highly recommend and we will use again!
