We could not have hoped for a better experience with Hesse Flooring. The owner was very helpful and patient with us. Having had a terrible experience with a carpet we purchased from the big box store, it took us months to decide what flooring we would get. Each time we returned to Hesse Flooring we were always greeted with very helpful and positive energy which helped us make our decision. The assurance the owner gave us that she would stand by the product and it's installation was tremendously reassuring. We wish we had gone there originally and avoided the negative experience with our first carpet purchase. We recommend Hesse Flooring wholeheartedly.
Mrs. Hesse is a wonderful lady who worked hard to help me find the right flooring. She has a warehouse at her office so you can see the product and pick it up the same day. She is honest and wants the customer to be happy with the flooring.
